111 Clinicians
We run three NHS 111 contact centres in Ashford, Ipswich and Norwich – we also have a base in Basildon that our NHS 111 Clinicians can work from. We provide the service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. In 2018 we received over 1.1 million calls to our NHS 111 services.

Clinical Advisor
The role is varied and can be challenging at times, you will be providing safe and effective health assessments and advice to patients and support Health Advisors in the management of critical situations.
Senior Clinical Advisor/Clinical Lead
A Clinical Lead/Senior Clinical Advisor provides leadership and support to Clinical Advisors. They validate calls and provide safe and effective clinical assessments and advice to patients.
