Our Digital Technology team use innovative technology within urgent care. They’re responsible for establishing and creating innovation and transformation across our services. Our agile approach lets us dream big and deliver our ethos.

Our Sub-Divisions
24/7 IT Support
The team provides 24/7 IT support to their staff and customers and have proactive monitoring in place for our systems. The service desk is aligned to the ITIL framework covering Incident, Problem and Change Management (to name a few).
Data/Cyber Security & Protection
We’re committed to making sure the right data protection laws are put in place. We’re constantly evolving and growing to keep up with the changes in legislation, case laws, and threats.
Systems Development & User Experience
As new technologies and trends become available, we think outside of the box and are champions of new ways of working within the healthcare industry.
Systems Clinical Safety & Quality Assurance
The Testing Team is fast becoming a fully encompassing software Quality Assurance Team. We produce high quality, maintainable and extensible software at a rapid, yet controlled pace.
Infrastructure & Telephony/Unified Communications
The team are responsible for the on-going management of Unified Communications. We work alongside Data/Cyber Security and Protection to make our systems secure.
Business Intelligence & Informatics
Here, we make sure the business and its information needs are met. We’re investing in new technologies such as Speech Analytics and Digital Rostering to integrate across our various services to deliver intelligence-led healthcare.
