The operational teams are crucial to making sure that we deliver high quality patient care. They support the logistics of the service and make sure that the clinical teams are able to respond to patients’ needs.

Our Sub-Divisions
Driver Receptionists
Our Driver Receptionists escort clinical colleagues to home visits in one of our fully equipped urgent care cars. They also book patient appointments, making sure that our patients requiring a face-to-face appointment are seen quickly.
Operational Navigator (Dispatch)
Operational Navigators provide telephone customer care coordination from our out-of-hours dispatch team. They manage the distribution of calls from other healthcare services and patients and record all the details.
Estates, Fleet and Maintenance
This team makes sure the organisation is safe and has a sustainable working environment. They also assist with small building works and maintenance duties, as well as storage and logistical movements.
Clinical Governance & Quality Safety Governance
This team ensure each locality effectively meets all clinical statutory, regulatory, professional body and organisational requirements. This team is committed to quality and improving the services we provide.
Operational Management team
We have a wide range of opportunities including Operational Managers, Service Delivery Managers and Service Delivery Assistants. Our Managers are committed to delivering integrated urgent care services in an effective, efficient and safe way.
Rotas Team
Our friendly Rotas team are based at our Headquarters in Ashford. They produce and maintain clinical and non-clinical rotas within our out-of-hours service.
